Carbon provides the support
A thin carbon structure sits under your heel and arch—the parts of your foot that need support most. Carbon gives the insole strength without requiring a thick or bulky design.
CarboSteps is built around a mechanism that moves with your foot — ultra-thin, responsive, and made to perform for years.
2-year guarantee · 3-month money-back, no questions asked
And you still haven’t found a lasting solution.
Your foot pain decides what you do. It decides how far you walk, how long you stand, and which plans you quietly avoid. Little by little, it takes control of your life.
So you look for a solution. Some insoles offer support, but it doesn’t last. And even when they work, they rarely let you forget the problem. You still feel the pressure, the bulk, or the discomfort with every step.
Here’s why most insoles still let you down
One shape for every bodyThey aren’t made for your feet or your weight.
Too thick for your shoesThey squeeze your feet and take up too much room.
Materials that wear outFoam flattens, plastic bends, and support fades.
Support that feels too hardRigid materials can help, but often feel uncomfortable.
You don’t need another insole. You need your life back.So we invented a different way to support your feet.
The Carbon Motion System™
A three-quarter insole that supports your heel and arch. Its carbon spring moves with your foot, helping carry part of the load and reduce pressure under your heel and arch with every step.
Your heel lands and the carbon spring flexes under your weight, helping soften the impact.
Support from the moment you step down.As you roll forward, the spring returns to its shape and helps your foot move into the next step.
It follows the movement instead of blocking it.Next step, same thing. The carbon bends and comes back, over and over, without going flat.
Every step, all day.Technical breakdown
It absorbs impact, then springs back to give energy back to your stride.
A thin carbon structure sits under your heel and arch—the parts of your foot that need support most. Carbon gives the insole strength without requiring a thick or bulky design.
The spring flexes as your foot lands, then returns to its shape as you move forward. Instead of simply cushioning your foot, it stays active throughout the step.
Instead of leaving your foot to carry the full load alone, the spring is designed to help distribute pressure through the structure as you walk.
The three-quarter shape stops before the forefoot. Your heel and arch receive support, while your forefoot and toes remain free to move naturally.
A rigid insole holds the foot in one position. CarboSteps moves with the foot, providing support throughout the step without creating the same hard, obstructive feeling.
What it changes for you
The technology matters because of what it allows you to stop noticing.
Your heel and arch receive the support they need, but your foot remains free to move. You don’t have to choose between support and a natural step.
Our early adopters tell us that the unfamiliar feeling usually fades after about 30 minutes. Once your foot adjusts, the insole begins to feel like a natural part of every step.
Early users consistently report that their foot pain eases quickly. Instead of thinking about every step, they can focus on their work, their plans and the people around them.
The three-quarter design leaves the forefoot uncovered. It takes up less room, keeps pressure away from the toes and fits inside a wider range of everyday shoes.
Foam compresses and plastic can lose its shape. Carbon is designed to flex and return, step after step. CarboSteps is made for long-term daily use and backed by a two-year guarantee.
The real benefit is not simply wearing a better insole. It is walking, standing and making plans without constantly wondering how your feet will feel.

The original idea
The story behind CarboSteps
“I was working as a gardener, spending long days on my feet, and the pain was always there. I tried every kind of solution I could find. Some did nothing. Others helped for a while, but none of them truly lasted.”
“I decided to build something myself. I didn’t want another thick layer of foam or a hard support I could feel all day. I wanted an insole that could support the foot, move with it, and become something you simply stop noticing.”
“It started with sketches, then prototypes, then testing different ways to make support move with the foot. That work became the Carbon Motion System™.”

Before you order
If something here would stop you ordering, we’d rather deal with it now than leave you guessing.
Find your fitA full left-and-right pair of three-quarter supports built around the Carbon Motion System™: two carbon-fiber blades that sit under the heel and arch, bend under your weight and straighten again as you step off. The forefoot stays uncovered.
They are made for closed shoes with a removable or reasonably roomy footbed. Because every shoe has its own internal shape, very tight or low-volume shoes may not take them. Since the forefoot stays uncovered, they take up less room than a full-length insole.
Carbon is used here as a spring, not as a stiff plate — the blades are meant to move under you. It feels firmer underfoot than foam, and most people notice the difference in the first few days. Comfort is personal, so read the return terms at checkout before you order.
Because weight is what loads the spring. A blade that flexes properly under 130 lb is the wrong blade at 220 lb. Asking is the whole point — it’s the question a shelf insole never gets to ask.
Yes, between any compatible closed shoes. What matters is that they sit flat and secure and that the shoe has the internal room for them.
