Innovation

Built on a different
kind of science.

CarboSteps applies advanced materials engineering to an everyday object — the shoe. The result is a platform that delivers measurably superior comfort, stability, and durability.

01
Carbon fiber core
The proprietary carbon fiber architecture is placed at the center of the shoe, providing a long-lasting flexibility.
02
Energy return
The structure is engineered to capture and redistribute impact energy with each stride, reducing fatigue over long periods of wear.
03
Anatomical precision
Every contour follows the natural geometry of the foot, ensuring load distribution is optimized across the entire plantar surface.

Conventional footwear wasn't designed to last.

Traditional insoles and midsoles are made from EVA or polyurethane foam — materials that compress and degrade rapidly under regular use. Within weeks, the cushioning that made a shoe feel comfortable is largely gone, yet the shoe looks intact.

CarboSteps replaces this disposable approach with a durable, structurally engineered core that maintains its performance characteristics over time — protecting joints, reducing muscle strain, and delivering consistent comfort from day one to year one.

A measurable difference underfoot.

Conventional foam
Compresses and degrades within weeks
Inconsistent load distribution
Heavy relative to performance
Limited structural support
No energy return
CarboSteps
Maintains performance over time
Engineered load distribution
Up to 40% lighter than foam equivalents
Structural carbon fiber core
Active energy return per stride

From insoles to complete footwear.

The CarboSteps platform is designed to be versatile. Our technology is being developed across two product lines: high-performance comfort insoles that retrofit into existing footwear, and a full shoe line where the carbon architecture is integrated into the midsole from the ground up.

Both product lines share the same core technology — giving every customer access to the same engineering, regardless of how they choose to experience it.

Be the first to experience it.
